Our returns policy

Our returns policy is your guarantee "satisfied or refunded". Our permanent goal is your satisfaction with every order you place.

Conditions

If for one reason or another you are not satisfied with a product you have ordered, you can return it to us within the conditions specified below, within 30 days and we will refund you the entire amount of the item.

If you receive a defective item or damaged during shipping, please return it to us by following the instructions below, and indicating the damage noted on the back of the delivery note. Our services will initiate an audit and determine the sending of a new item in perfect condition or of the repayment thereof.

Refund

Please allow a period of 15 business days for processing of returns by our Distribution Center. You can refer to the repayment of a section in "Your account", view the order in question.

If you have paid for your order :

• by payment card : the refund amount is paid directly on the account associated with the payment card used.
• by bank transfer : the refund amount is paid directly to the account
• by bank cheque : a cheque for the amount of the refund is sent to the billing address indicated in the order.
• gift certificate : the amount of the rebate is paid on your balance gift voucher and is available until the expiration thereof.

We will refund the initial shipping costs (upon receipt of the package by our services) only if the return results from an error on our part. Please note the return postage on the delivery note that you must attach to the parcel.
